Links of London join forces with QIVOS to enhance its technical capabilities
Aiming to further enhance its online presence, Links of London has joined forces with QIVOS and its partners, SalesForce and Emarsys, in order to extend the technical capabilities of its e-shop and its end-to-end customer loyalty management.
More specifically, QIVOS developed the processes and the application features, to successfully manage and transfer all the data (contacts, products, newsletter subscribers, promotions, coupons) from the old website to the new e-shop, through the QIVOS CLOUD and Salesforce Commerce Cloud platforms. The centralization of the data allows Links of London to have a single view of its customers and stock on a global basis.
Moreover, the above-mentioned data were then inserted into the Emarsys marketing automation platform in order to ensure the successful tracking of the data and enable automated and laser-targeted campaigns. Through this integration, Links of London can retain an updated customer database of quality and valid leads.
