Strategic cooperation with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (formerly Demandware) for providing advanced e-commerce / Omnichannel solutions

QIVOS proceeded to a strategic cooperation with the American company Salesforce Commerce Cloud (formerly Demandware), leading company in e-commerce, omnichannel solutions, having as the main target to provide integrated solutions in the field of e-commerce for companies operating in the Greek and international markets.

Through this cooperation, QIVOS’ customers will gain the competitive advantage of integrated and unified customer loyalty management, to achieve their omnichannel strategy. QIVOS undertakes the complete design and holistic customer management, either in-store or e-store, providing at the same time effective CRM and e-commerce solutions that help create and develop continuously a base of loyal and satisfied customers.

Further to the expansion of our services, with the introduction of our new business unit, we have dedicated highly experienced and trained personnel to constitute this department.

Makis Themelis has been appointed as Chief Digital Officer and head of the new digital business unit. Mr. Themelis is a well-established professional, with years of experience in the fields of digital sales & marketing and e-business services (e-commerce), having worked with Greek and international companies, such as eBay.co.uk and Yellow Pages (yell.com).
