How Links of London is delivering first-class user experience

Links of London, member of FF Group, is an international player in the luxury goods market and offers a variety of products that are characterized by their unique design and quality.

The awards winning British jeweler Links of London was founded in 1990 and since its beginning, is using the finest materials to ensure that each piece remains a timeless contemporary classic. In 2007, Links of London launched its first watch collection.


What Links of London needed

Aiming to further enhance its online presence, Links of London decided to create two new online stores; in Greece and in the U.S. The two e-commerce stores needed to reflect the visual simplicity and uniqueness of the brand as well as deliver first class customer experience.

Links of London turned to QIVOS for its experience in developing e-commerce sites with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, as well as its innovative digital implementation services.


The challenge

The main challenge for the Links of London e-shop in the U.S was to properly transfer all data from the previous CMS to the new platform, Salesforce Commerce Cloud. The Links of London e-shop in Greece was developed from scratch, in an attempt of the brand to digitally expand in the market, enhancing its physical presence.


What we offered

The challenge we faced was to develop both sites and introduce new processes for mutual communication with all parties involved. QIVOS team was responsible for the technical architecture, the implementation along with the necessary integrations and the quality assurance testing of the project. Following an omnichannel strategy which puts the customer at the center of it, Links of London is able to deliver unique digital experiences to visitors of its new websites.
