Qivos enters the economy restarting phase with 12 new and under-implementation Customer Loyalty Management projects, establishing both its leading position in the Greek market and its international presence.

Moreover, as an outcome to our business’ growth, the company that designs and executes many large-scale reward programs in the Greek market, won 6 awards at the Loyalty Awards 2020. Thus, Qivos achieved its best performance in the competition, where it was distinguished for the third year on the row.

Qivos’ client portfolio expands with new projects in 5 countries: The United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates, Cyprus, Albania, and Greece. Among the companies added to Qivos’ portfolio are Philip Morris International, Piraeus Bank (yellow Rewards Program), Quest Group (you.gr and Xiaomi), Beside Group (Middle East), OVO Energy and Omorovicza. (United Kingdom), Balfin Group (Albania), and Voici La Mode Group (Marks & Spencer, Celio, Topman, etc. – Cyprus).

This remarkable business performance is verified by 6 awards at the Loyalty Awards 2020:

• 2 gold awards, in the categories of Best Partnership Initiative (Balfin – Happy Loyalty Program) and Best Use of Marketing & Communication – Best Short-Term Initiative (Galerie de Beauté – Club de Beauté).

“We strongly believe that both our technology and our know-how are an exportable product. On this fruitful ground, this year, we have chosen to nominate our projects from the international market in the Loyalty Awards competition. We are very proud that we won 6 awards for projects in 4 countries. At Qivos, we keep facing two significant challenges: First, improving our competitive advantage by investing in the continuous development of our technology and know-how, and second, further growth in international markets, to live in Greece but at the same time supporting customers internationally”, highlights the Qivos’ owner and CEO, Vagelis Karalis.
