QIVOS participated in Naftemporiki’s Conference on Consumer Goods and Retail Sector
The unified customer experience was presented by Vagelis Karalis, CEO of QIVOS, during the 1st Conference of Naftemproiki on Consumer Goods and Retail Sector, conducted on September 22nd at Divani Caravel Hotel, having as key audience political representatives, business executives and relevant institutions.
As Mr. Karalis pointed out during his speech, 80% of businesses do not actually know their clients worldwide, while 70% of consumers are interested in targeted discounts and 36% seek offers and discounts based on their needs. In this context and according to the international consumer trends, the CEO of QIVOS talked about the value added for a company through the integrated customer experience, highlighting that the customer is the biggest asset for every brand and company, while he analyzed the most modern methods of retaining and approaching new customers.
The 1st Conference on Consumer Goods and Retail Sector was organized by the Group of NAFTEMPORIKI newspaper, putting the spotlight on the issues and opportunities identified in the retail sector, an industry that is continuously reformed and adapted to the new status quo, new technologies and the constantly changing needs and demands of consumers.
