QIVOS at MarTech Conference 2017
The first Marketing Technology Conference in Greece, MarTech 2017, was held on February 3rd at Maroussi Plaza and marked with great success and participation. QIVOS, as a major sponsor of the conference, was present and Vagelis Karalis, CEO of the company, shared valuable information about the importance of the “unified customer experience”.
The core theme of the presentation was about the biggest asset every company has: its customer. In a digital world, the main challenge for the companies is not only to find their customer but to convert them into returning customers for their business. Mr. Karalis pointed out that in order to overcome such a challenge each business should consider incorporating modern methods of retaining and approaching new customers through the integrated customer experience.
During the conference Chris Papandropoulos, CMO of QIVOS was coordinating the discussion of the panel, where some of the biggest brands of the Greek market shared their opinion and ideas about the digital transformation occurred by the continuous and increasing use of technology and big data into marketing operations. Various questions arose from the guests, answered by the panelists and the interesting discussion closed with further ideas about the new opportunities revealing behind the MarTech challenges.
