INGLOT introduces its brand new loyalty program!
INGLOT has recently introduced its unique loyalty program, INGLOT Beauty Rewards, aiming to enhance customer loyalty, boost engagement and attract new customers. The members of the program can now enjoy unique privileges and benefits, starting from the registration date!
The registration process
The registration process is very easy and quick and can occur either in–store or online.
Each member can register within an INGLOT store with the help of the Make Up Artists (MUAs) via the “Clienteling App”, a specially designed feature within QIVOS CLOUD platform. This user-friendly custom application allows MUAs not only to complete the registration process but also have access to an instant customer profile of the members filled with members’ purchase history and preferences. In that way, they can deliver a better customer experience and create cross-selling opportunities empowering customer loyalty.
Members have also the option to register online by simply filling the registration form on the loyalty programs’ microsite, beautyrewards.inglot.gr, designed and developed by QIVOS. Moreover, members can also link their Facebook profile with their loyalty member profile and enjoy more benefits.
Unique rewards for the members
All INGLOT Beauty Rewards members receive a welcome gift when filling their email address during the registration. They receive a welcome newsletter along with a unique coupon code, to collect their gift in-store. The members of the loyalty program receive rewards for a numerous of actions they make apart from purchases, such as Facebook likes or during specific ad hoc promos.
