FFGROUP Exclusive now available in Bulgaria!
After the successful design and implementation of the customer loyalty program FFGROUP Exclusive in Greece, QIVOS and Folli Follie Group launched the program in Bulgaria!
Being characterized as the program with the highest rewards for its members, FFGROUP Exclusive is the first and only loyalty program in the Bulgarian market that combines many top brands, under a common umbrella.
The members of the program can now enjoy unique privileges and benefits. They can earn and redeem points and win exclusive bonus packages to save money on purchases made to all the 19 stores that participate in the FFGROUP Exclusive loyalty program. Members have the chance to feel special with their purchase to Collective, Folli Follie, kix, Nike, Armani Exchange and Converse Stores.
QIVOS designed the loyalty strategy of FFGROUP Exclusive program, undertook the technical implementation as well as the daily operation and support. Based on its innovative QIVOS CLOUD platform, the loyalty program promises a simple, straightforward earning and redemption system.
Here are the 3 levels of redemption:
- 1000 points for the Bronze Bonus Pack of 50 leva: It includes 5 bonus vouchers of 10 leva
- 2.500 points for the Silver Bonus Pack of 125 leva, that includes 5 bonus vouchers of 25 leva
- 4.000 points for the Gold Bonus Pack of 250 leva, that includes 5 bonus vouchers of 50 leva
