“FFG Exclusive” an innovative loyalty program for all brands of FF Group

Having as a main goal to provide the best customer services, QIVOS implemented the loyalty strategy of FF Group Exclusive loyalty scheme, the technical implementation as well as the daily operation and support based on its innovative QIVOS CLOUD platform. FF Group loyalty scheme is based on OmniChannel strategy, which improves member’s shopping experience.

The QIVOS CLOUD platform constitutes an end-to-end solution for CRM / Loyalty requirements, designed to cover every aspect of the operation in each CRM loyalty program. The platform guarantees a quality data management, seamless operation and adaptability to complex needs, by developing the relationship between the consumer and the brand. It already serves more than 25 brands and 3.5 million consumers in the Greek and international markets.

The FF Group Exclusive is specially designed to respond to all the purchases made for all the favorite fashion brands of FF Group, like Folli Follie, Links of London, Juicy Couture, Calvin Klein Jeans, G-Star Raw, Guess, Nike, Samsonite and all brands of multi concept multi-conceptive and Kix (like Ted Baker, UGG, Scotch & Soda, Converse, Franklin & Marshall, Seafarer, Gas, Garcia Jeans, Ben Sherman etc.). Program’s members enjoy unique privileges and benefits, by winning unique bonus packages. More specific, there are three levels of bonus packages; Bronze Bonus Pack (1.500 points 50€), Silver Bonus Pack (3.000 points 100€) and Gold Bonus Pack (4.500 points 150€), where each euro spent is converted to point.
