“Customer experience meets loyalty strategy” workshop at the 12th E – Business Forum

QIVOS participated in the 12th E-business forum organized by the Hellenic Management Association (www.edee.gr) through a specialized workshop presented by Andreas Galanis, Business development director. During the workshop, Mr. Galanis made a presentation about “unified customer experience” focusing on omnichannel. After that he had an interaction with the audience setting goals for a successful loyalty program, analyzing the different approaches and problems someone can face while creating such a program.

Here you can have a look at a variety of successful loyalty programs with different objectives implemented by QIVOS, following the same path as presented during the workshop.

E-business forum is an annual meeting to inform on the current state and prospects of e-Commerce in Greece, the emergence of new business initiatives and analysis of key issues related to the general development of e-business in Greece. During the forum, there were keynote speakers, discussion on digital and mobile marketing.
