Vagelis Karalis, Qivos’ CEO, at the Proto Thema newspaper, highlights the buyer profile of Black Friday in Greek market, according to data derived from the Qivos Cloud platform: “Woman, 35-44 years old who lives in Athens, Greece. With medium purchasing power and loyal to her favourite brand. She buys mainly cosmetics, with a preference for make-up, but also sportswear, choosing, also, running items.”

The customer profiles that stand out during the recent discount’s period lead to the fact that the consumers continue to chase offers. The shoppers want to shop smart, adapting a buying behaviour that has been developed during the last decade of economic crisis.
