QIVOS’ annual B2B workshop was successfully completed!

QIVOS successfully completed last Thursday, its Exclusive workshop, “From Brick-And-Mortar to Online Store with Marketing Automation”, at Semiramis Hotel in Kifissia.

Top marketing and customer loyalty executives of companies operating in the fields of Retail, Tourism, Banking, and E-commerce were present at the event and actively participated in the workshop, sharing their thoughts and finding answers to their concerns.

Mr. Vagelis Karalis, CEO of the company, welcomed the participants to the workshop and presented QIVOS’s vision and services along with some key trends in customer loyalty.

Mr. Andreas Galanis, Business Development Director of the company, talked about Marketing Automation for brick and mortar retail and shared valuable information about the role of Marketing Automation in today’s unified commerce and how it can transform the face of a business.

During the workshop, the participants had the opportunity to learn about and see in action leading marketing automation and e-commerce tools, such as the Salesforce Commerce cloud platform, presented by Mr. Makis Themelis, CDO of QIVOS, along with some successful case studies and best practices.

The agenda continued with Mr. Stuart Barker, Global Director of Strategic Accounts of Emarsys. Emarsys is a strategic partner of QIVOS and the world’s leading automation software provider for retail and e-commerce marketing. Mr. Stuart Barker presented the platforms unique marketing automation capabilities and shared some success stories in marketing automation.

Furthermore, the participants got a closer look to QIVOS CLOUD, QIVOS’s innovative customer management platform, and its unique features.

The second part of the workshop was engaging and interactive as the attendees participated in a real-time example of marketing automation tools. Split into three teams, they designed, executed and monitored real-time marketing campaigns.

The workshop ended, followed by a light lunch, with guests having the opportunity to exchange views on what was presented and to renew their appointment for the following workshop by QIVOS.
