QIVOS sponsors the Salesforce XChange EMEA in Copenhagen!

Last week QIVOS team visited Copenhagen for the first Salesforce XChange conference in Europe, held on 12 – 14 June, at the beautiful venue of Tivoli Hotel & Congress Center. Salesforce XChange is an innovation-only event that brings together the extended Salesforce retail community for an exchange of valuable information, networking and, of course, a dive into leading technology trends in the retail industry.

During the event, inspiring speakers shared with the audience some key technology trends including artificial intelligence (AI) and e-commerce best practices, along with innovative ideas that will help retailers deliver a more comprehensive, personalized consumer experience.

A core part of the event was devoted to AI-powered commerce and machine learning. From the agenda, could not be skipped out Salesforce’s Intelligence Customer Success Platform that helps retailers of every size connect with their shoppers smarter and faster.
